<li>Enter the time you started your workday under &#8220;Start&#8221; (e.g., 09:00).</li>



<li>Enter the time you ended your workday under &#8220;End&#8221; (e.g., 16:00).</li>



<li>If you took a break, enter the duration of your break in minutes under &#8220;Break&#8221; (e.g., 00:30).</li>
</ul>
